Lunch Seminar - Utilizing Digital Tools to Optimize Employee Recruitment

Most employers know that in order to attract talent to their organization, from entry through senior level, that they must have some type of digital recruitment strategy, especially in today’s hyper-competitive job market in which there are currently more jobs available than people to fill them. What that strategy looks like varies greatly from organization to organization based on several different factors. For many companies, their digital strategy likely consists of placing a job ad on any number of job/employment websites (Indeed, LinkedIn, ZipRecruiter, etc.) and then hoping they get enough qualified and interested candidates to fill the position(s).

But did you know there are other digital tools besides online job boards that your organization can utilize to improve your recruiting efforts? While they won’t necessarily solve all of an organization’s recruiting challenges, many have the potential to greatly improve it, and they also don’t take up much of your valuable time or financial resources to implement. Join Jon Cummins of incept, a digital marketing firm and Chamber member, as he details some of these tools that organizations can use to further optimize their recruiting efforts and stay competitive – because without enough employees, organizations can’t serve their customers. Jon is a former healthcare executive, where he guided digital marketing efforts in a very competitive business for more than 10 years before beginning his own digital marketing company, incept.
