Job Description:

The Bloomsburg Area YMCA is seeking an organized, compassionate leader to direct our Community Resource Hub, connecting individuals, families, and community partners with the services they need throughout Columbia and Montour Counties.

Reporting directly to the CEO, the Director will oversee daily Hub operations, build community partnerships, coordinate referrals, maintain confidential records, prepare reports, and support program planning and resource management. The position emphasizes resource navigation, connecting participants with appropriate providers, and providing follow-up within clear service boundaries.

Candidates should have strong communication, organizational, and computer skills. Experience in social services, community resource navigation, program coordination, or partnership development is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time, approximately 40 hours per week, with occasional evenings and weekends.

Salary: $45,600-$55,000

Education Level: Bachelor’s degree in human services, social work, public health, community health, or a related field—or equivalent relevant experience—preferred.
