We’re seeking a Manufacturing Technologist to help lead our digital transformation services and bring cutting-edge solutions to life on the factory floor. What You’ll Do:

• Implement smart technologies including automation, robotics, and AI across manufacturing operations.

• Recommend custom tools and scripts to enhance efficiency and streamline production.

• Deploy sensors and IoT devices to capture real-time operational data.

• Apply machine learning to generate insights and optimize workflows.

• Integrate advanced systems like ERP/MRP and digital twins for seamless operations.

• Ensure technology is connected, secure, and compliant with cybersecurity standards like NIST 800-171.

• Analyze risks and rewards of new technology and clearly communicate findings to stakeholders.

• Train teams and document technical processes to drive adoption and understanding.

What You Bring:

• A curious mind and a passion for tech in manufacturing.

• A degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

• Experience with automation, data collection tools, and emerging manufacturing technologies.

• Familiarity with AI, machine learning, and secure AI agent development.

• Understanding of cybersecurity principles and standards.

• Programming and data analysis skills are a big plus!

Bonus Points for Experience With:

• Cloud and edge computing

• ERP, MRP, or MES systems

• Deploying AI chatbots or private AI agents

• Predictive maintenance tools

• Cybersecurity tools and frameworks

• Python, Java, C++, or similar programming languages
